Soloyman Hossain from Rangamati but originally his village from Tangail Bangladesh, After he completing his graduation from Bangladesh. He is working various international hotel, restaurant and international Airlines also, he has done few course also like food hygiene certificate, food safety catering, level-1,2 also UK base, he has also Italian food festival experience certificates, he has also awarded for staff training and menu development for Namath health now his working experience more than 10 years, his career start 1st of july 2013 as a Trainee chef from Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden hotel, chef Soloyman learning there lots of things and he is very hard worker also, training time his performance very good and all chef and executive chef also happy his performance than Radisson Blu give him a big opportunity for his career after he joined as a cook helper Radisson Blu Dhaka water Garden Hotel, join here 1st October 2013 that time he achievement 4 wow card and gift. After he is going to Chittagong joined as a commis-3, pre -opening staff 2015 in one of the best and largest 5 star chain hotel Radisson Blu Bay view Chittagong, his activists was amazing after he got a promotion as an commis-2 position, and he served there till September 2016, that time he is working cold kitchen, banquet kitchen and all day dining kitchen also, that working time he contribution different cuisines as like sea food, Italian, Arabian, Mexican. Bengali local food and Chittagong special traditional food also and that time he has learn also continental food like grilling, roasting, baking and sea food cooking.
After he go to abroad 26th September 2016 he is join world largest Airlines company Qatar Airways as a cook position, he is working Arabic kitchen, his best experience in that time, lots off various country people all r working together, that time he learning Arabic cuisine and show up also Culinary skill. After 2 years 7 months Chef Soloyman back to Bangladesh again and he join 1st of August 2019 as a pre-opening staff in one of the best chain hotel Renaissance Marriott Hotel Gulshan Dhaka Bangladesh, he is join here as a commis-1 position, manly he is working there all day dining kitchen. Best experience and best memories going that time, he served there till November 2021 Later he is going again abroad, Arabia November 2021 and join kitchen as a Chef De Partie position, that time he has gather good experience and show up his skill ability, management very happy for his performance after they give promotion In charge of the Namath Health kitchen, after he give that time various new menu, new food planning, staff training etc he served there 28th February 2023, Currently Chef Soloyman Hossain (Sujon) join world largest Airlines company, Saudi Airlines as a Chef De Partie position, join here 1st of march 2023 this is five star Airlines company, he is also significant part of the chef. He is the member of Chef Federation of Bangladesh, he is serving here 2019 as a join Organized secretary. He has also done TV Cooking show. Chef Soloyman is a talented young chef, his organized activists very good and very helpful person. His various achievement in the hospitality industry on going Till now 10 years.
