Chef’s Federation of Bangladesh Celebrates International Chef’s Day 2025
Dhaka, Bangladesh – October 20, 2025:
The Chef’s Federation of Bangladesh (CFB) proudly celebrated International Chef’s Day 2025 with the theme “Local Seeds and Local Eats”, bringing together chefs, hospitality professionals, students, and food entrepreneurs from across the country.
The event, held at Radisson Blu Water Garden, Dhaka, marked one of the largest gatherings of culinary professionals in Bangladesh. Over a thousand participants joined the celebration, highlighting the role of chefs in promoting safe food, sustainability, and inspiring the next generation.
Distinguished guests included ambassadors, hospitality industry leaders, corporate partners, and culinary icons, who praised the contribution of Bangladeshi chefs to both the national economy and global representation.
The program featured:
- Inspiring speeches from culinary leaders
- Interactive workshops and panel discussions
- Cooking demonstrations based on local ingredients
- Quizzes, raffle draws, and cultural performances

Speaking at the event, Chef Johir Khan, President of the Chef’s Federation of Bangladesh, reaffirmed the federation’s commitment:
