Chef ali ahmmed was born in october 1973 in in delduar Tangail. He began his career in the hospitality industry in 1990 after completing the Ssc. After working in many hotels at different places Mr. Ali Ahmed, culinary experience 34, has been working in this profession for the past several years. He was inspired to pursue this career due to his father and brother’s involvement in the same profession. He began his career as a waiter and after working for a few days, he developed an interest in becoming a chef. After a short time, he transitioned into the profession of a chef. Following his passion for cooking, he decided to seek opportunities abroad. After spending four years in Saudi Arabia such as renowned hotel Al hawalia, , he returned to his homeland. He worked in some renowned hotels in the country such as queens cake & pastries. before moving to Dubai. In Dubai, he worked in some high-quality hotels sandy beach & Rotana hotel and learned various culinary skills from renowned chefs. During his stay there, he acquired expertise in various types of pastry work and culinary arts from several renowned chefs. After spending several years in Dubai, he returned to his home country. He began his career as the head chef at the famous Uni Resort & Ispahani group and Peninsula chittagong After working there for some time, he decided to seek opportunities in Qatar, where he has been residing for the past seven years. He has worked in prestigious hotels such as Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel and Ezdan Hotels. Upon returning to his homeland once again, he took on the role of Sous Chef at the Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort, where he currently works.
