Born in Dhaka, Chef Sitol Botlero began his culinary journey in 1992 and has since built an impressive career spanning more than three decades, including over 20 years of international experience. He honed his skills across renowned hotels in the Middle East and Bangladesh, gaining expertise in diverse cuisines and world-class hospitality standards.

Chef Sitol has worked in some of the most prestigious five-star hotels in the Middle East, including InterContinental Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi, Jumeirah Beach Hotel Dubai, Burj Al Arab Dubai, Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai, and Madinat Jumeirah Dubai. In Bangladesh, he has served in senior roles at Le Méridien Dhaka and Renaissance Dhaka, and he is now leading the culinary team as Executive Chef at InterContinental Dhaka.

Throughout his career, he has represented his craft at high-profile events, preparing food for VIP state functions and leading numerous prestigious Chaîne des Rôtisseurs dinners. He has also competed in international culinary platforms such as the Salon Culinaire in Dubai, where he earned medals, and contributed to the popular Bangladeshi TV show Shera Randhan Shilpi on ATN Bangla for three consecutive years. From 2017 to 2019, he proudly served as a judge for culinary selections in Bangladesh.

Specialized in Mediterranean, International, Continental, Mexican, and Bangladeshi cuisine, Chef Sitol brings deep expertise in banquet operations and large-scale event catering. He is passionate about using fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients to craft memorable dishes that delight guests. His philosophy is rooted in hard work, creativity, and dedication—values that have shaped his successful journey in the culinary world.
