Chef Kamal , is the Head of F&B production and Lead trainer of BHMTTI. Under his concern many new chefs are being skilled and joining this industry. But the pathway was not so easy. He Started his career year early at 2009 Trainee Cook (Continental, Italian Thai & Chinese) at Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort. Getting promoted as Commis III and later as Commis II for his excellency . He worked at so many reputed hotels as a great chef that may someone dreamt to work at. Radisson Blu Chittagong, Amari Dhaka, Le Meridien Dhaka and so on. As he completed his graduation from IBAIS University, Dhaka also doing MBA later in Tourism & Hotel Management you can’t doubted his professional skills too. Up-skilling ToT Course of Food & Beverage Production, National Skills Certificate NTVQF Level -2, 1 (Cooking),The Basic Food Safety Course. (Diversey),Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense Directorate and so many skilled he has. But as a human how humble, cherishable and man of one word he is you cant imagine. And that’s makes him exceptional than all.
