From a young age, our Sous Chef exhibited an innate passion for the art of cooking. Growing up amidst the rich culinary heritage of Bangladesh, they were inspired by the aromatic spices, vibrant colors, and diverse flavors that adorned their family’s dining table. This passion led them to pursue formal culinary education, where they mastered the intricate techniques of both local and international cuisines.
