Teatro has earned a spot among the top ten and award-winning restaurants in Dubai, UAE, and the Middle East, a testament to the caliber of professionals it attracts. Currently, Razu Evans Gomes serves as an Executive Chef (Trainer) in the Food & Beverage Production Department at the International Culinary Institute in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this capacity, he oversees the overall operation of the F&B Kitchen Department. His role extends beyond mere culinary expertise; he is also tasked with training and developing the next generation of culinary professionals.
