Amidst the serenity of nature, the resort boasts a culinary maestro, an Executive Chef- Rezaul Karim whose passion for food and innovation has set new standards in the art of gastronomy. With a wealth of experience earned from diverse hotel settings, this chef has not just mastered the art of cooking but has also redefined the culinary landscape in this region. He has worked with different Hotels, Resort & Companies too. Among them as executive chef at Dhali’s Amber Nivaas in 2020, sous chef at Grand Club S.A Group in 2019, chef de party at Ascott Palace Dhaka Baridhara 2018, Yellow Cafe by BEXIMCO. He started his career from The Westin Dhaka then The Oriental Loung, Grand Sultan Tea Resort & Golf as commis , Innotel Battonrose, also at The Dhaka Regency and so on. He is originally from Manikgonj , Dhaka . He did his Professional Chef Course from NHTTI in F&B Production and Service. SSC from Terosree K/N Institution & HSC from Pioneer Degree College. At Ratnodweep Resort & Rupkotha Eco Resort, the Executive Chef champions the farm-to-table philosophy.
