Apart from that, He is an expert at administrative job also other official. Chef Rashid worked in Grand Hyatt Dubai, a five-star luxury hotel located in UAE, for 17 years. In his early career he worked as a commis chef from June 2002 in Commissary Kitchen. he started his job as a commis chef in Andiamo fine dine Italian Restaurant. Then he worked as a Chef de parties from 2006 at Andiamo Italian Restaurant. Again, Banquet Kitchen from June 2009. From March 2011, he worked as a Sous Chef at the Andiamo fine dine Italian Restaurant. From 2014, he worked as a Sous chef at Grand Hyatt Dubai where he worked for rooms dine, grand club and pool bar kitchen, fine dine restaurant. There he was responsible for the overall operation of the company, planned the menus for all four outlets, maintained NPS for three outlets, managed all employees and maintained the food cost.
He also planned FF&E, promotional planning and supervised departmental. as an executive Sous chef where he developed standard recipes at acceptable food cost, and assigned responsibilities and periodically checked the performances of his subordinates. Currently, chef Rashid is working as an Executive Sous Chef or Acting Executive Chef in Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden Hotel since 15th may 2019.
