Name Shubir Roy, Born in Khulna year of 1985. 2nd Son of (Late) Niranjan Roy and (Late) Tapati Roy. Siblings Probir Roy. Started studding in Khulna Zilla School (SSC). After, joined Govt. Sundarban Adarsha College, Khulna (HSC) Set my goal, Started studding Tourism and Hospitality Management in People’s University of Bangladesh (Hons) At same time I also started National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute (NHTTI) in Professional CHEF course.
In the year of 2009 I have got my first job in Atlantis the palm Hotel, Dubai. Which is a milestone for my Chef Career. I was so lucky that I got several chances to work under Celebrity chef, Master chef and Michelin star chef. Where I sharpen my skills to working under them. 6 years working Experi ence in One Star Michelin Celebrity restaurant (fine Dine Ala Carte) Ronda Locatelli. 2015 I joined Radisson Blu Chatto gram Bay View Hotel Chittagong, Bangladesh in Mezetto Restaurant. After 3 years In 2018 I got an opportu nity to work in Poland which is a renowned spa and resort named WY and SPA Currently I’m in Bangladesh working with an Italian franchise named C House Milano café’ and Restaurant Gulshan-1 and Gulshan-2 with an extensive opening experience.
