Chef Vincent Gomes is an experienced and skilled professional cook who is proficient in preparing a specific cuisine. With over a decade of experience in the field, he has contributed to creating innovative dishes that combine traditional flavors with modern culinary trends. He spent 5 years working in the Butcher kitchen in Saudi Arabia, handling various kitchen responsibilities such as catering, special event management, event set-up, ordering and supply management, food preparation, and presentation. He prioritizes hygiene and ensures that cleanliness is maintained at all times. Additionally, he excels in managing Food Cost Control. After working for a total of 18 years in the Gulf country, Vincent returned to Bangladesh and worked as a well-experienced chef at the renowned hotel “The Way Dhaka.” He brings a positive atmosphere and serves as a great team player and leader when collaborating with events and presentations. With good leadership skills, punctuality, and years of experience, he currently works as a sous chef at the Intercontinental Dhaka.
